The gym industry wants you to believe you need a membership, a trainer, and expensive equipment. You do not.

Bodyweight training works. Push ups, squats, lunges, planks. These exercises have been building strength for centuries. They still work.

The trick is progression. Push ups get easy? Do them with one hand. Squats feel light? Try pistol squats. Planks are boring? Add movement. Your body does not know the difference between a $2000 cable machine and a pull up bar. It just knows resistance.

A door frame pull up bar costs twenty bucks. A set of resistance bands costs fifteen. A jump rope costs ten. That is your gym. Done.

The people with the best bodies are not always the ones with the best gym memberships. They are the ones who show up consistently. You can show up at home.
