Why You Are Not Seeing Results and What to Do

You have been training for months. Nothing is changing. Here is why.

You are not progressively overloading. If you lift the same weight for the same reps every workout, your body has no reason to change. Add weight or reps every week.

You are not eating enough protein. The standard recommendation is one gram per pound of body weight. Most people eat half that. Your muscles need the building blocks.

You are not sleeping enough. Sleep is when your body repairs itself. Six hours is not enough. Seven to nine hours is the range.

You are not being consistent. Missing workouts adds up. Three workouts per week, every week, for a year, is 156 workouts. Three workouts per week for six months and off for six months is zero progress.

You are comparing yourself to others. Social media shows highlight reels. You do not know how long they have been training. Compare yourself to yourself from last month.

Fix these four things and you will see results.
