Morning training is not for everybody. But it has advantages.
Nobody interrupts you at 6 AM. No meetings, no emails, no obligations. The world is quiet. Your workout gets done before anything else can get in the way.
Morning exercise sets the tone for the day. You feel accomplished before most people have woken up. That feeling carries through every decision you make.
It improves sleep. Morning exercisers fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. Evening exercise can keep some people awake.
The downside is that it takes adjustment. Your body is colder in the morning. You need a longer warm up. You might be weaker. That is normal.
Give it two weeks. If you still hate it, train in the afternoon. The best time to train is the time you will actually do it.
